Service scope

We provide DSC application assistance, configuration guidance and technical support. Certificate issuance and verification decisions remain with the licensed Certifying Authority.

Quotes and payment

A quote is valid only for the period stated and should identify certificate configuration, validity, token, taxes and included support. Do not rely on an unconfirmed website estimate.

Applicant responsibility

Applicants must submit accurate information, complete required verification personally and protect their token, PIN and credentials.

Availability

Portal availability, CA review and third-party systems are outside our control. No issuance time is guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.
